  1. The stylist has the right to block the user incase of some inappropriate communication is initiated by the user.
  2. Once the user has been blocked , Istyleyou will not return the booking amount , it will forfeited.
  3. The booking amount will only reimbursed in case of some technology problem or the user has not yet initiated a conversation.
  4. User is not allowed to privately message the stylist , in any case of violation , Istyleyou has the right to block the user.
