Hello, guys!

Has this ever happened to you? You wear a piece of clothing and that instantly makes you feel glamorous and full of elegance: D That feeling though! This is what happened to me when I first tried out this timeless piece by Zara. There was no way I would miss the deal. Share your experience in the comments if you can relate. :)

Trench Coats are no new in the fashion world making classiness a thing since 1800s apparently Burberry was among the first brands to make a trench. First worn by officials in world war 2. This posh outerwear was a signature for hard-boiled detectives, to the urban socialites and fashion divas upping their glam quotient with this one. Traditionally trench coats are double breasted knee length coats (longest one ends above the ankle) with buttons on either side, big lapels and a waist belt perfect to wear in a cooler weather. Though contemporary pieces don’t necessarily abide by this and is much more experimental with shapes, material and lengths.

With all those fashion trends making a comeback, trench coat was no behind and thanks to Instagram for making this comeback a huge one with Hollywood celebs flaunting it and e-commerce sites restocking it. Right there I knew my wardrobe badly needed this as it’s a staple for effortless chic look. Love how it transforms any outfit to an edgy attire. There are innumerable ways in which you can wear this cover up below I am showing you the first way in which I wore this one, will be coming up with few more looks.

This trench coat is more of a traditional version with its color being khaki did I mention that khaki is the traditional color for trench coat? This is exactly what I was looking for when I decided to buy a trench and finally found it in a store after exploring Indian e-commerce sites. This one is blended cotton ending a little below the knee, with big lapels and shoulder flaps. Belt to accentuate the waist and for a more fitted look. Being of not so warm material it can be worn in any weather (except the hot summers) making it a stylish outerwear. Here I have slipped my trench coat on a black turtleneck as its still cold here with a skinny low waist. I wanted to show how a trench coat instantly glams up the basic black knit and skinny washed denim keeping me warm and making sure that my winter fashion is on point. :) here i tried to show how perfect pairing can work wonders to the basics. No outfit is complete without a perfect pair of shoes and when its winter boots come in handy.  So that was it read further for the makeup and hair deets.

Tied in a low ponytail in a centre partition with a pouffe at the back. Left few strands around the face. This hairstyle levels the sophistication of the outfit undoubtedly.
