Hello, everyone reading this post.

Let’s talk about how to create a perfect outfit that will make you stand out .

Well, Pooja and dandia nights calls for flared suits, A-line Kurtis, Anarkali, Gotta-Patti work, basically going OTT. But how about if I tell you that you can be Diwali ready if you have a pair of long skirt and crop top?

Yes, you read it right! Isn’t that easy?

For this post, I have teamed a basic black crop top with flared black long skirt (When in doubt, go for black always) 😉

I have created 2 outfits in this post:
1. For the Diwali- Pooja, going all traditional.

For this, I have DIY-ed a cape out of my mum’s beautiful dupatta which has the colorful border and golden thread work on it giving my outfit an ethnic edge.

2. For that poker night with your squad,

I decided to go without cape giving my outfit a very bold appearance. It is perfect for drinks and fun night. This outfit will make you look festive yet party ready.

To make a statement, I went for a golden strings necklace and golden earrings.

Black and golden can do wonders to your outfit. For an OTT look, I went for golden eye makeup with perfect red lips.

A colourful Jaipuri Kada, a maroon-black clutch and golden bellies completed my look.

I hope you find it helpful :)
